qzenchat answers customer messages for small businesses on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and webchat. It can take an order, book an appointment, or pass the chat to someone on the team with the full history attached.
I lead development and own the architecture. That covers the agent runtime, the channel integrations, and the connectors to Google Calendar, Docs and Sheets. I also plan the work for the team and review most of what ships.
- 01One inbox for four channels. A person can take over any conversation mid-thread.
- 02Bookings go straight into Google Calendar, with availability checked before the reply goes out.
- 03Businesses teach it with files they already have, through Google Docs and Sheets connectors.
- 04It answers in the customer's language and follows along when they switch.
